These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ombiena website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of the Service
Ombiena is a task management and notes application that helps you organize tasks, notes, and boards, and optionally collaborate with friends through shared boards.
We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service itself; if we do, we will try to give you reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export your data.
Your Account
You may create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google or Yandex. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; infringe the rights of others; upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or use the Service to harass or harm other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice where reasonably necessary.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the tasks, notes, and other content you create ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.
If you share a board with friends, you grant those friends access to the content of that board according to the sharing features you choose.
Premium Features
Some features may be offered as part of a paid premium plan. If you purchase a premium plan, the payment terms and duration are presented to you before purchase.
Premium features are provided for personal, non-commercial use according to these Terms. We may change the set of premium features over time.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Ombiena and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or software beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
Disclaimers and Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important data where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ombiena and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount allowed by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and liability provisions) remain in effect after your account is closed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
